Giveaway: two tickets to BYU at Utah football, Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Rice-Eccles Stadium. Entries close Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.
1. Sponsor
The Law Office of Christian R West, PLLC, doing business as West Injury Law, 13894 S Bangerter Pkwy, Suite 200, Draper, UT 84020 (“Sponsor”).
2. No purchase necessary
You do not need to buy anything, hire Sponsor, be a client, or refer anyone to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Entering does not create an attorney-client relationship.
3. Who can enter
Open to legal U.S. residents of Utah who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Sponsor’s employees and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
4. Entry period
The giveaway begins when the giveaway post is published on Sponsor’s Instagram account (@westinjurylaw) and Facebook page (West Injury Law) and ends Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time.
5. How to enter
Follow @westinjurylaw on Instagram and comment “UTES” or “COUGS” on either Instagram giveaway post (the October 28 giveaway reel or the October 29 reminder reel), or follow the West Injury Law page on Facebook and comment “UTES” or “COUGS” on either Facebook giveaway post. Limit one entry per person in total, across all posts and both platforms. Extra comments or additional accounts do not add entries. Sharing the post is appreciated but not required and does not increase your chances. Which team gets more comments is for bragging rights only and has no effect on the drawing.
6. Winner selection and notice
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on or about Thursday, November 5, 2026. The winner will be contacted by direct message from @westinjurylaw on Instagram or from the West Injury Law Facebook page (on the platform where they entered) and must respond within 24 hours, or an alternate winner will be chosen. Sponsor will never ask you for payment, a password, or bank information. Ignore any account that does.
7. Prize
Two (2) seats together for BYU at Utah football, Saturday, November 7, 2026, Rice-Eccles Stadium, Salt Lake City, delivered as mobile tickets by transfer. Approximate retail value: $868.50. The game date and kickoff time are set by the schools and may change. No cash or substitutions, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Travel, parking, food, and all other costs are the winner’s responsibility. Because the prize value is over $600, the winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before the tickets are transferred and will receive a Form 1099.
8. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
9. Publicity
Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name and last initial on its social media accounts.
10. General
Sponsor may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, abusive, or that violate these rules. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or YouTube. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram, Facebook, Meta, and YouTube from any liability related to this promotion.
